Your data in Hedshi.

What you save

Hedshi stores your email, optional name, business profile, product catalog, planning ideas, recommendations and plan revisions. Other members of your business can access workspace information according to their assigned role.

How a plan is created

When you ask Hedshi to analyze an idea, your goal and relevant business and product details are sent to OpenAI. Hedshi queries Kalshi for market information. Avoid entering customer names, payment details or other sensitive information in your goal.

Supabase provides hosted accounts and the database. Vercel hosts deployed application code. Provider policies and configured retention settings also apply.

Operational records

The administrator can see account information, onboarding status, plan counts, recorded AI costs and technical error codes. The admin page does not display private planning text. Operational events are retained for up to 90 days when the configured cleanup job runs. Saved plans remain until removed as part of a data request.

Your choices

You can edit your business details and products in the planner, and change your name or password under Account. You can also submit an account deletion request there. We review shared business ownership before deletion.
